Uptown condotel joins during the Mason’s 54th anniversary

9:00 in the morning I have prepared all the (20) brochures, (500) fliers, and the Tarpolins. 10:30am is our departure time with Mr. Zackie Harris going to Grand Caprice. We have lunch together with Mr. Francis Del Rosario in Mandarin and arrived exactly 11:30 a.m. Mr. Erwin Pepino also arrived around 12:00 noon and we have lunch together. We have finished our lunch around 1 pm in the afternoon. After lunch we proceed to Grand caprice and check the place. Mr. Zackie Harris went to his car to get the things needed for the presentation and advertisement of the product. The things I need are already ready and I immediately arranged the booth and prepared the fliers and the brochures. Around 1:00 pm in the afternoon our model Ms. Kissy Mae Alcorin arrived in the booth and immediately changed her clothes and stayed in the booth for presentation.
There are a lot of invited guest in that said event and everybody are in their well groomed suite attire. Ms. Kissy Mae Alcorin and I started to give fliers and let our guest signed in our guest list who are very interested in buying condo unit and those who are not interested in buying one. The said event was great and there are many guests who asked question about the condotel. In the first day presentation of product there are 12 guests who have listed their names in the guest book. And in the second day there are 4 guests who listed their name. In that the same date of event we have also our investor’s forum at mallberry. The guests are invited to join the said event but not even one attended the forum. Cagayan Con 2010 activity has only 4 guests attended the invitational investor’s forum at mallberry.

Among the latest investment in this city’s vibrant real estate industry is the 3-storey 48-units Uptown Condotel project being developed by Plumbline Development Corporation located at the Business Park of Xavier Estates in Upper Balulang. Under its unique concept, Uptown Condotel units will all be privately owned by their respective buyers. But an option allows investors to enrol their units in the hotel management program where they can choose to either rent out their property on a “cooperative” basis.

Mr. Pepino explained that if an investor chooses to enrol his unit under the program, he can still earn even if his unit is not rented out. “Meaning, our investors can sit down and relax in the comfort of their respective home away from us and still get dividends and yet their units are still intact and taken cared by the management,” he said.

Under the scheme, unit buyers can earn as much as 17% of their investment, a far cry from the less than 10% per annum earning when the money are kept in the banks. Each unit is a 45 square meter area, bigger than a suite room and has a luxury hotel services such as 24-hour operator assisted telephone service (no need to apply for your own landline), Cable TV & Free Internet Connectivity, and 24-hour House Keeping (Room Service) on Demand. All hotel units will have kitchen facilities and each unit’s T&B will be fitted with bathtubs. The standard unit price for the residential unit provides for the suite to be fully furnished. Included in the price are the appliances, fixtures, furniture and linen.

Jatico Events presents CAGAYAN CON

Jatico Events organized one of the largest construction events in Cagayan de Oro – CagayanCon 2010 which was also supported by local city government officials led by Cagayan de Oro city Mayor Constantino Jaraula. Cagayan Con was initiated at ten thirty in the morning (10:30am) in the Rotunda Limketkai Center last February 19, 2010. The event was three (3) days activity from February 19-21, 2010. The opening of the Ceremony started with a prayer then followed by the Pambansang Awit. The ribbon cutting was assisted by Mayor Constantino Jaraula, Councilor Ian Acenas, Mr. Benjo Benaldo, SVP Jocelyn Sta Ana, and Joseph Jatico. The program was formally welcomed by Councilor Ian Acenas.
There were more than 30 exhibitors participated in the Cagayan Construction Show. Plumbline Development Corporation was also play a part in the event to showcase its first project, the Uptown Condotel. Some of the construction corporations who participated the event were Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation; EMCOR; Circuit and Beads; Avida Land; Flowcrete Construction Equipment; OB3 Realty; Oliver Industrial; Robinsons Handyman; Interpace Computer Systems; Euro-vek Building Solutions; Star Communications Holdings; Phoenix Petro-leum Phils.; Parasat Digital; WD&J Builders MMI Builders; Solerex Water Systems; Kaking; Dache Phils.; Bugbuster; WSI; UKC Builders; Monark-Cat; Weld Industrial; Novtek; Eurolax; Hytecpower; Robinsons Homes Inc.; Columbia; PLDT; and Johndorf.
The booth where the company situated sizes 2m x 2m x 2.1m with carpeted polycarbonate booth partition, one (1) table & two (2) chairs. There were tarpaulins presented and audio video presentations during the exhibit. The exhibitors in the event were Ms. Christine Joy Ocañada, whose one of the company’s staff and Ms. Kissy Mae Alcorin, the one gave flyers to those who made inquiries. Assisted by one of the accredited broker Mr. Francis del Rosario from the Friday afternoon until Sunday. The exhibit supervised by Mr. Erwin Pepino, one of the corporate owners.
During the first day of exhibit, there were a lot of local and foreign investors, businessman/woman, foreigners who visited the booth. There were twenty five (25) people who listed their name, address and contact number in the provided log sheet. In the second day, there were twenty one (21) people who inquire about the Uptown Condotel. And in the last day of the show, there were forty eight (48) people who were listed in the log in sheet.
The Cagayan Construction 2010 was successfully ended in the 21st of February, 2010 at eight (8) in the evening.
